Advisor Biography
David Webb is an experienced investment advisor with over twenty-five years in the industry. David received his B.S. degree from Indiana University in 1983 with a double major in Business Management and Finance. David is also a graduate of the Officers Candidate School for the United States Marine Corp in Quantico, Virginia. David received his secondary degree from the College of Financial Planning after completing studies in risk management, investments, tax planning, employee benefits and estate planning.
At the age of 24, David established his own insurance agency selling annuities, whole-life, universal-life and term insurance. After several successful years of selling insurance, David became a loan officer with Bank One. Having managed several bank branches, David left the banking industry and became a stockbroker in 1987.
David worked for Merrill Lynch as a stock broker for three years (1987 to 1989). David then went on to work as a Regional Investment Specialist with Charles Schwab & Company (1989 to 1994). In the fall of 1994, David Webb founded his current practice as an independent, fee-based investment advisor. Webb Financial Advisors currently manages over fifty million dollars in assets and has offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and a satellite office in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
